I love mixing up my workouts to get in a little strength and cardio, especially if I am short on time. This workout is about a 45 minute commitment with moves that can be modified for all fitness levels.

Workout Equipment Needed:

  • At least 1 set of dumbbells (I recommend 2 heavy and 2 mediums)
  • Jump Rope (or just pretend you have one and do air jumps)
  • Box or Step for Box Jumps (or substitute these for squat jumps)
